Father’s day Poem

You fill the house with music
With your Sax,your Guitar, your drum kit

You’ve took us to the park
Made us unafraid of the dark

You’ve driven for 8 hours to take us on holiday
You’ve bought us an ice cream on the beach
And sat down to play

You’ve bought us a football net and a cricket set
You’ve pushed us on the swings and given us wings

Taught us to fly our kite in the sky
Wiped our eyes when we have cried

You’ve took us on the golf course
Always clapped in applause

You’ve given thanks at every meal
Taught us that heaven is real

You’ve taught us how to clean our shoes
To always do our best at school

Dad,dad what can I say
thank you for showing me the way

Please let it be me!!!

Roses are red
Violets are blue
When it’s summer I sneeze,achooooo!

I think of romance when I play the piano
I think how lucky when I eat ice cream  piled up in a bowl

I say thank you for having a home
When I see people on the streets
My heart starts to fall

I say thank you to God when I see a
Rainbow and a sky aglow

Ladybird

I put out my palm try to say calm
The sun is warm and beautiful
You have a peaceful charm

You crawl on green leaves
I’m down on my knees

Shall I take you home?
And find you a box
You can sleep on my socks
If you like ,you can fly away
Red is the colour of this hot day

Ladybird
Have you heard?
Today it’s going to rain
One little drop can make flowers flop
You must take cover under their flames

A hint of song?
I sit at the piano
